The 2020-2021 season is opening registration!

2020-2021 Travel Season

Dear Saints Families-

Thank you for your patience while we reorganize in this new COIVID environment. First, I would like to announce my new role as President of the LCSC Saints. On behalf of the Club, I’d like to thank Walt Hartl for his years of service. As you may all be aware, the management of the club falls squarely on its volunteer Board of Directors. Without whom, this club would not function. It’s a challenging operation and takes true dedication and leadership to manage your personal responsibilities while working collectively to ensure our Club's success. Thank you Walt!

In the interim, I will also be acting as Travel Director while we search for a new club member who would like to fill that role. During this transition, we are defining more specific roles for our existing BOD members to address the club's concerns and be more fluid and accessible.

We have exciting things for your players on the horizon!

  • The Registration Commitment Site is up for returning and any new players. Commitments close 8/14. Prior to 8/14 you will be asked to purchase practice gear at our Saints Store. See attached registration details.

Resume of Practice:

  • Practices will commence with your last year's team and coach in the interim (see coaches and emails below). Please look for emails from your 2019/2020 coaches for those sign-ups.

  • Practices will be 45 in length with up to 9 on a field

  • Generally, these teams will practice on either Tue, Wed or Thurs in 45 min increments between 5-7pm at the Bought Soccer Complex. Your coach will email you with sign-ups.

  • Once you’ve registered; your coach will notify you of our arrival and drop protocols of:

    • All parents staying in your cars while at the Bought Soccer Complex.

    • Your designated parking area for each field location.

    • You will need to stay onsite until the conclusion of practice (in case of injury, parents will need to attend to player needs).

  • Players must turn in the Player/Parent/Coaches Mandatory Protocols for Participation form at each practice. If these are not turned in, they can not play.

Thank you again for your patience during these uncertain times. Please look forward to more communications as we evolve and learn more about what the future holds.

Latham SAINTS FC Travel Soccer Program

Our Latham Saints FC program prides itself on playing technically sound competitive soccer. This is the foundation for the formation of Latham SAINTS F.C. Our players will be taught to play correctly. They will be involved with Shaker High School coaches and Siena College collegiate players, both of which will act as assistant coaches to many of our teams. This relationship will be mutually beneficial to the development of young children into good soccer players and the development of young men and women on the Siena College Campus.  We are also happy to announce that Shaker HS Varsity Coaches Dan Fountain (Boys) and Mike Brehm (Girls) have accepted positions as boys and girls Program Directors and will work with coaches and players at all ages to help develop a strong core of players who may someday wear Shaker HS colors.

For more  Information, please contact LCSC travel director brian Keough.
